Asian cuisines predominantly feature many noodles dishes, especially for the Chinese. As such, I was pretty excited trying out Russell’s Pasta and Noodle dishes. This one is a personal favourite of mine: Zucchini Noodles with Mixed Greens.
A key ingredient for the nut cream sauce is raw organic cashews. If the cashews are roasted, baked, sweetened, or even non organic, they just won’t make the cut. Get a good raw and organic source, and you can taste and feel the difference for yourself.
Next up is your organic zucchini and mandoline.
The right thickness for the noodles is essential.
